2. Products & Services

Yo Fruits specializes in delivering fresh fruits, nuts, dried fruits, and carbide-free Robusta bananas. All products are carefully sourced directly from trusted farmers and suppliers, with minimal handling to maintain maximum freshness and quality. Product images are for illustration purposes and actual items may vary slightly.

3. Order Placement & Delivery

  • Orders can be placed between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
  • Orders placed within this time frame will be delivered the same day by 10:00 PM.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day by 10:00 PM.
  • Delivery is currently available only within Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
  • Delivery charges vary depending on the order value and delivery radius. A handling fee and packing charge may apply to ensure the freshest produce and prevent damage in transit.

4. Payment

  • Payments are prepaid only, via UPI, card, or net banking.
  • Prices for most fresh produce are displayed exclusive of GST, except for secondary products (like beverages or processed items) where applicable.

5. Return & Replacement Policy

Since we deal with fresh produce, the following policy applies:

  1. Request Window: Any request for replacement or return must be made within 1 hour of receiving the order, along with an open-box video as proof of product condition.
  2. Replacement: The Yo Fruits team will replace the product within 24 hours of receiving your request.
  3. Refunds: Money will not be returned. Instead, credits equivalent to the product price can be used to purchase any other item from our store.

6. User Responsibilities

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery and contact information.
  • Inspect the products upon delivery and share an open-box video if requesting replacement.
  • Follow all applicable laws when using our website and services.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, text, logos, and branding, is owned by Yo Ventures Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Yo Fruits is committed to delivering the highest-quality fresh produce. However, minor variations in size, color, or appearance may occur.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your data.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

11. Amendments

Yo Fruits reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
