  1. Return & Replacement Request: Any request for return or replacement must be made within 2 hour of receiving your order, along with an open-box video as proof of the product condition.

  2. Replacement: The Yo Fruits team will replace the product within 24 hours of receiving your request.

  3. Refunds: Please note that money will not be returned; instead, replacements or store credits equivalent to the product price can be used to purchase any other item.
